2. Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns/exchanges are only allowed on eligible items within 3 days. Please check our Return Policy.

3. What items are NOT eligible for return/exchange?

Panties, bralettes, lingerie sets, and sale items are not eligible due to hygiene reasons.

4. When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 days within India.

5. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, we offer COD. Any extra fees will be shown at checkout.

7. Is my payment information safe?

Yes, all payments are securely processed via Net Bankin/Credit Card/Debit Card/Cash On Delivery/UPI. We do not store your payment info.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within India.
